Will the shop know I enrolled them?

A person may reach out to the shop if it is a good fit for review. Your submission does not force the shop to participate.

Does this create my Stowner Card?

It creates a reviewable record and gives you a path back to your Stowner Card using the same alias, email, or phone.

Do I get a shirt automatically?

No. Merch, referrals, and shop activity create reviewable records. Any next step depends on eligibility, timing, location rules, and review.
